At DENIS, we have our own design departments: engineers and technicians. Each works equipped with powerful computer facilitie. The "installations" design department enables DENIS to offer its customers an engineering team to work with the installer or plant designer to provide assistance with the planning-in and installation. The "production" design department, with the help of a prototypes workshop and a test center, is in charge of the construction of equipment, special designs and the development of new machines. We have commercial and technical support in France and throughout the world. Eleven customer representatives — specialists in technical sales — cover the whole of France, where a network of 140 outlets and 100 qualified installers provide advice, distribution and service close at hand. DENIS has an export organization backed up by four engineers and represented in 40 countries by our subsidiaries or agents. Our quick and efficient after-sales service is staffed by qualified personnel who are aware of the sort of problems connected with production and operations. Their mobility enables them to provide support for the technicians, to ensure that the equipment we have supplied, gives continuous operation.
