Siemer Milling Company processes soft wheat into a variety of food and feed ingredients: flour for breadings & batters, crackers, baking mixes, cookies, southern-style biscuits, and pretzels; bran for baked product inclusions; and wheat germ. Our heat-treated flours provide a validated low-micro solution for ready-to-eat batters and inclusions, and natural alternatives to chemically-modified starches. We maintain successful long-term relationships with our customers based on reliably consistent product, devoted service, and a commitment to mutual respect and trust. Our mills are located in Teutopolis, IL, Hopkinsville, KY, and West Harrison, IN, all in the lower Ohio River Valley.
