Brian Sikes will step into leadership role on Jan. 1.

Has extensive ag experience, including a focus on sustainability.

Facility can produce 12,500 tonnes of feed weekly.

Feed industry safety, preparedness, response plans to be highlighted.

As part of joint venture, it will own and operate Empagran’s facility.

Previously held executive positions with DSM.

New facility provides custom blending, product manufacturing.
