Bunge completes acquisition of edible oil, fat business

MUMBAI, INDIA and NOIDA, INDIA — Bunge India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bunge Limited and Amrit Banaspati Company Limited announced on Feb. 10 that Bunge has completed the previously announced acquisition of the edible oils and fats business of Amrit Banaspati.

Bunge India also completed the acquisition of rights to GAGAN, the vanaspati brand held by Amrit Corp. Limited.
