On the company’s semi-automatic blending line, liquid constituents can be applied homogeneously to powder through special nozzles in amounts from 0.01% to 60% of the formulation. Microcomponents like flavorings, oils or emulsifiers are very finely dispersed through atomizing spray nozzles, enabling high blending precision of 1:100,000. Large percentages of fats and other highly viscous liquids like lecithin can be worked in too. The plant can handle orders starting at 500 lbs and offers flexible solutions for filling into bulk or consumer packaging. Substances in powder form can be blended on the line, from food supplements like protein mixtures, collagen products and functional foods to stabilizers, instantized powders and dairy products.
