BANGKOK, THAILAND — During a March 30 press conference, Victam International BV General Manager Henk van de Bunt introduced his successor, Erik Heemskerk, who will officially become general manager on July 1 when van de Bunt retires.
Heemskerk is currently the brand director at Growth Markets Pharma bij UBM plc and is managing partner at Htwee Event Marketing BV.
While he is retiring, van de Bunt will remain engaged as a member of the board of the VICTAM Foundation.
Heemskerk was introduced during VICTAM Asia, taking place March 29-31 in Bangkok, Thailand. The show featured 220 exhibitors from 28 countries. Officials estimate that the number of visitors at this year’s VICTAM ASIA is up 20% from the last show in 2014.
Van de bunt also announced that Victam International will debut a new networking event in Cologne, Germany in 2017. This event will be targeted at senior executives.
