ONIL, SPAIN — Fundiciones Balaguer recently released the Optical Fluting Test to measure and check roll fluting profiles by optical vision without contact.
The three-dimensional vision system has no moving parts, and is compact and portable. It quickly measures fluting parameters and compares them with theoretical values, with 4µm accuracy.
The system includes a tactile screen (10.8 inches) to introduce and view all information about fluting parameters. This information is transmitted by WIFI USB to other PCs.
