RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, QUÉBEC, CANADA – Premier Tech Chronos (PTC) launched the WECARE guarantee on Oct. 26. “It reflects our code of conduct, symbolized by the word driver, and demonstrates our belief that the client is the reason we exist and that we are committed to ensuring the success of his business,” said Simon Roy, vice-president of marketing and client services.
The company’s goal in implementing this code of conduct across the entire organization is to be renowned for customer care support by providing our clients with superlative service. PTC created a contest to encourage team members to share positive customer experiences and rewarded them for this positive feedback. The company also developed a training program for their team members in order to enhance the client’s experience every time a client deals with PTC.
