QUINCY, MASSACHUSETSS, U.S. — Bay State Milling has made five organizational changes ranging across different areas of the specialty ingredients business.
Keith Adams |
Keith Adams has been promoted to director of manufacturing for milling operations. He joined the company in 2007 as a plant manager in Wichita, Kansas, U.S., and most recently was director of engineering and director of operations strategy. Adams received a bachelor’s of arts degree in milling science from Kansas State University (KSU) in Manhattan, Kansas, U.S.
Edward Fish |
Edward Fish, PhD, has been appointed senior manager – corporate strategy. He will be based at the company’s Quincy, Massachusetts, U.S. headquarters. Fish received a master’s in business administration and a sustainability certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
Sean Finnie |
Sean Finnie, PhD has been named principal lead chemist – commercial science. He previously worked as a principal scientist for an international food company. Finnie received his bachelor’s of science and master’s of science degrees in food science from the University of Idaho. He received his doctorate in grain science and industry from KSU.
Jessica Wellnitz |
Jessica Wellnitz has been named product line manager for whole grain nutrition, a new position at the company. She will grow and manage Bay State Milling’s portfolio of whole grain plant-based ingredients. She is a graduate of St. Norbert College and the University of Minnesota — Carlson School of Management.
Barbara Lee-Budin |
Barbara Lee-Budin, who has more than 20 years of sales experience in the food and flavor industries, was hired as national account sales manager. She received a bachelor’s of science in food science and technology from the University of Minnesota. She will work out of Bay State Milling’s offices in Bolingbrook, Illinois, U.S.
