The installation included a new series of roller mills synthesis specially developed for grinding of products different from cereals that are hard to mill.
This process produces a flour that is widely used in the food industry as a natural thickener in the preparation of creams, cakes, jams, sauces for toppings, fresh cheeses and ice cream. The carob seeds that contain galactomannans produce a flour that is used as a natural additive, thickener, emulsifier, stabilizer and gelling agent.
The entire production mill and machines (fall piping, pneumatic manifold, filter, cyclones decanters, star valves with rotor and casing) were made of stainless steel for alimentary use, therefore meeting the strictest health requirements.
A specific bell has been developed to facilitate the entry of the product inside the mill and it has been equipped with capacitive probes that measure the level of the product with eight distinct points of reading. The electronics on board the machine adjusts the speed of the feed rolls according to the level found.
