MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, U.S. — MGEX announced on Oct. 2 the re-election of the following board members for two-year terms: Scott A. Cordes, Martin F. Farrell, Christopher T. Matzdorf and Michael O. Miller.
MGEX Chief of Staff and Assistant Corporate Secretary Jesse Marie Green said five candidates ran for four board positions. A total of 332 votes on proxies were received, which is the best election turnout in 12 years.
“I am pleased to be able to continue working with four re-elected members of the MGEX board,” said Mark G. Bagan, president and chief executive officer, MGEX. “Their sustained leadership will provide a great foundation as we work together to expand our position in the marketplace.”
The board will meet on Oct. 28 to elect the executive committee and board officers, as well as to appoint the four public directors.
