REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA — Viterra Inc. announced on Jan. 20 that shareholders of Lethbridge Inland Terminal Ltd. (LIT) have overwhelmingly approved Viterra's offer to purchase certain assets of LIT, including a high throughput grain elevator with a capacity of 42,000 tonnes. The agreement was originally announced on Dec. 28, 2013, and remains subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
