MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, U.S. — The Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) and Kansas State University (KSU) have rescheduled GEAPS 510: Grain Facilities Planning and Design I, a distance education course originally set to begin May 28.
The course will now be offered Nov. 4-Dec. 6 in place of GEAPS 555: Advanced and Preventive Maintenance for Grain Facilities: Conveyance Equipment, a new course which has been pushed back to January 2014.
Two other courses scheduled for May, GEAPS 522: FGIS Grain Inspection Orientation and GEAPS 551: Materials Handling II, will be offered as planned.
The changes were authorized by members of the GEAPS/KSU Distance Education Program Oversight Committee in Manhattan, Kansas, U.S., on April 25.
