KIEV, UKRAINE — The Ukrainian government on Nov. 21 adopted a resolution to lower the cost of administrative services, which are provided to all entities engaged in the transfer of grain.
The cost of obtaining phytosanitary and quarantine certificates and phytosanitary certificate for re-export for grain transfer and its products will be reduced by 50% starting June 30, 2014.
