CHENNAI, INDIA — The 1st Global Milling Conference, covering food and feed topics, is planned Feb. 8-9 at the Hotel Vivanta by Taj in Chennai, India.

The conference is supported by national and international organizations and industry associations. A number of companies are planning to exhibit at the conference.
The two-day conference will review India's grain production, global supply and demand for feed and for food followed by key note addresses and various presentations on food security, feed safety and supply, food safety, feed milling developments, storage and transportation, new technologies, feed and food extrusion, color sorting and process developments.
