WASHINGTON, D.C., U.S. — The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) said on July 18 that Cesar Diaz has joined its Panama Office Staff as a marketing specialist.
He will provide support to the regional director and ultimately allow the council to provide additional depth and follow-up to the council’s ongoing marketing programs in the region.
Prior to joining the USGC, Diaz worked for SAB Miller Panama as a senior trade marketing manager where he developed market segmentation strategies for the Republic of Panama for the development of consumer’s goods brands. He has also worked for in logistics for Colgate Palmolive Central America and Cartones Del Caribe in the Dominican Republic as a project engineer.
Diaz has a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering from Universidad Tecnologica de Panama and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.
