MOSCOW, RUSSIA — The Russian Grain Union (RGU) in partnership with the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) and under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation will hold the XVIIth Annual International Conference Black Sea Grain and Oilseeds 2011-12 "Year After" conference Sept. 8 in Moscow, Russia.

The conference will be opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation – Sergey Korolev.


Confirmed conference speakers include Andrey Klepach, deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation; Evgeny Gromyko, vice-governor, Krasnodar territory; Dmitry Rylko, general director, IKAR; Dan Basse, president, AgResource: global agricultural commodities markets; Luke Chandler, global head of Agri Commodity Markets Research (ACMR), Rabobank: world oilseed markets; Sergey Feofilov, general director, Ukragroconsult; David Nelson, Rabobank: global demand on grain and oilseed products (with a focus on animal protein industries demand); and a high ranking representative of the USWA (to be determined)
