The event, originally scheduled for April 5-7, 2010, was moved back a year due to the unrest in Egypt. Now, the Russian Grain Union said after lengthy negotiations with the Egyptian business community and evaluation of the political environment by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the group decided to move the event back to 2011.
