CARY, NORTH CAROLINA, U.S. — Mark Newton has been appointed as regional manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa of Bühler Aeroglide, a global leader in thermal process engineering and technology for food, feed, and industrial markets.

As regional manager, based in Manchester, U.K., Newton will be responsible for business development and strategic planning that aligns Bühler Aeroglide’s overall business strategy with the wider Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

 Newton comes to Bühler Aeroglide with a understanding of process machinery, having served global organizations in the chemical, mineral, food, waste, automotive and aerospace sectors. In his tenure with Mitchell Dryers, Ltd., Newton led capital sales and equipment development for Mitchell’s processing expertise and market requirements. Prior to Mitchell Dryers, Newton was technical sales engineer for Primatronic PLC and Cussons Technology.
