The training will focus on helping grain elevator managers and operators improve their knowledge on how to maintain quality of stored grains and also focus on all the other aspects of their job.
Topics to be covered include personnel management, grain quality assessment, grain handling equipment, grain drying, grain operations costs, grain inventory management, grain receiving and shipping, grain condition monitoring, grain aeration principles, grain aeration strategies and grain fumigation.
Registration deadline for the course, which costs $1,000 per person, is April 14.
