Matson has 25 years of operations leadership in the food industry, including experience in flour milling facility management. He is a member of the International Association of Operative Millers, where he serves on the education committee. Also for the IAOM, he has served as a director representing the Wheat State District and as chairman of the Flour City District.
Matson received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology.
Bart Hahlweg has been named director of core milling commercial management.
Hahlweg received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture/business from Colorado State University.
