DECATUR, ILLINOIS, U.S. — ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM), announced that PROPLEX DY, a protein source for swine, poultry and aquaculture, has been approved for registration in the Philippines and Vietnam.

Produced from the wet corn milling process, PROPLEX DY is composed of dried Saccharomyces yeast (non-active yeast), a source of highly digestible amino acids that yields economic and nutritional benefits to swine, poultry and aquaculture diets.

“PROPLEX DY is one of a multitude of specialty ingredients ADM has developed to help livestock, feed and aquaculture producers optimize productivity and maximize profitability,” said Tuan Tu Bui, business development manager for ADM Animal Nutrition in Vietnam. “Southeast Asia is a strong market for the feed industry and our team is eager to share PROPLEX DY with producers in need of a high-quality protein source with low anti-nutritional properties.”

Recent approval of PROPLEX DY in the Philippines and Vietnam marks ADM Animal Nutrition’s ongoing effort to expand its global footprint and provide high-quality products and ingredients to customers around the globe. To date, ADM Animal Nutrition has over 50 product registrations for PROPLEX DY in over 25 countries.
