GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, U.S. — Chief Agri has appointed Christa Britton as its new marketing coordinator.

Previously with Chief Environmental as project manager in Secondary Containment, Britton brings 22 years of sales, marketing and real world ag experience, the company said.

After graduation from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Britton worked five years at the Phoenix & Valley of the Sun Convention & Visitors Bureau in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S., in the sales and marketing department. Clients included the MLB, NHL, NFL, Super Bowl Committee and the PGA.

She returned to Nebraska to become a partner within her family farm.

This is the most recent appointment for Chief Agri in the past couple of months. In mid-May Chris Riggleman was hired as sales engineer for grain drying, aeration and customer service. Riggleman has worked in the agricultural manufacturing industry for more than 17 years. He has experience in many aspects of the ag industry, grain handling and storage, the company said.
