As the human resources director of Agspring, Trupka will leverage her expertise in human resource management, quality assurance and accounting to expand the internal HR capabilities of the corporate team, institute college recruiting and internship programs, and continue staff development and training efforts, the company said.
“Jenny will be a critical facilitator as we evolve our HR model insourcing critical functions and incorporating a new college recruiting program across the enterprise,” said Mark Beemer, chief executive officer. “Her commitment to meeting talent management needs, improving efficiencies and staying ahead of evolving staffing requirements will help keep us in a strong competitive position.”
Trupka’s previous roles at Agspring involved project management supporting mergers and acquisition activity, recruiting and managing employee relations, as well as helping develop the company’s training and onboarding program. Additionally, her experience with her previous employer, Dine Equity, included the development, implementation and reporting methods of a quality monitoring system for distributors and suppliers.
She remains active in the community as a member of The Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Kansas City for HR professionals.
