Representatives of mills, pasta manufacturers, industrial bakeries and government research institutions gathered to learn about the latest findings and possibilities of enhancing quality in the flour industry.
Keynote speakers included experts from Mühlenchemie and Brabender and also Mahmoud Riad, managing director of North Cairo Flour Mills.
Egypt is the world’s biggest importer of wheat. Mühlenchemie has been active in this market for over 20 years and is the leading player in the field of flour treatment.
