Partnerships with the state of Minnesota, Ramsey County, City of Arden Hills, The Mounds View School District and Greater MSP helped facilitate the opportunity for the project, which includes construction of the new building and renovation of existing facilities.
The new building will bring together headquarters employees who currently work in separate locations to a combined campus in Arden Hills. The new 155,000 square-foot facility will include on-site childcare and a fitness facility and is slated for completion in early 2018.
Land O’ Lakes is a member-owned agribusiness cooperative with operations that span from agricultural production to consumer foods. The company conducts business in all 50 states of the U.S. and more than 60 countries around the world.
