LOVELAND, OHIO, U.S. — Mark Myers has been named marketing director at Maxi-Tronic, Inc., said Scott Chant, president.
In his new position, Myers will be responsible for the development of resources to help promote the sale and use of Safe-Grain and Maxi-Tronic products. He also will help to coordinate after-sale support services and assist in the enhancement of Safe-Grain, Inc. product lines.
Maxi-Tronic designs and manufactures products for hazard monitoring and management of conveyors and stored grain, including temperature, motion, flow, and level detection, as well as controllers, software, aeration and dust control systems.
Prior to his employment with Maxi-Tronic, Myers had 40 years of experience in both domestic and international sales management, as well as with the design, sales, and construction of facilities for the storage and processing of grain and other materials. In a joint effort with Safe-Grain/Maxi-Tronic, Inc. and others, Myers developed educational resources widely presented to port facilities, grain storage and feed mill managers and technicians in Europe, Asia, Central and South America and Mexico. Myers has worked in more than 30 countries worldwide. He most recently had various management positions with Brock Grain Systems in Milford, Indiana, U.S.
Myers attended Hesston College, Hesston, Kansas, U.S.; Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, U.S., and Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, Colorado, U.S. He has a degree in business administration.
