CREMONA, ITALY — Italian manufacturing company Ocrim SpA will host a multi-continent videoconference event to benefit the global flour milling and grain industries on Oct. 26.
“Wheat, Flour, And…” will be co-located in Cremona, Italy at the company’s headquarters and in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The event begins in Cremona with a welcome coffee before the beginning of the debate, “Alternative flours derived from stone milling: pros and cons. The food tendencies” in Ocrim’s Conference Room.
After the debate, lunch will be served at 12 p.m.
In the afternoon, a round table will be held in the two locations with representatives of leading companies, personalities from the Italian Food sector, the political and economic world and the agri-food industry of both countries. The participants of the two round tables will have the opportunity to interact with each other and their voices will be heard worldwide. The whole event will be streamed via a dedicated channel.
The videoconference will begin at 2:30 p.m. Cremona time and 3:30 p.m. in Addis Ababa.
After the videoconference, a selection of Italy’s best products will be presented for sampling.
