HIROSHIMA, JAPAN – Satake Corp. recently released the BELTUZA ZeNO multi-purpose optical sorter featuring near-infrared sorting capable of removing inorganic foreign material such as stones, plastics and glasses.

With Satake Smart Sensitivity and ‘smart phone’ like touch screen, accurate sensitivity setting is a stress-free task for operators. Detachable components such as vibratory feeders provide easy maintenance and cleaning but also flexibility to connect directly to the existing production line if desired, Satake said. BELTUZA’s lower belt speed can handle a wider range of lighter products than previous models.
