Foss has served as director of sustainability at POET, LLC, where she developed and implemented sustainability programming, regulatory compliance strategies, and industry collaboration initiatives.

Mike Seyfert, president and chief executive officer of the NGFA, said Foss’ “extensive experience in feed, regulatory compliance, and sustainability aligns perfectly with our mission, and she is joining us at a critical juncture. Berit’s leadership will strengthen our efforts to support and advocate for our members, ensuring a thriving and innovative feed industry.”
