ANKARA, TURKEY — Alapros Makina commissioned a 300-tpd capacity flour mill for Casillo Group, in Monfalcone, Italy.

The facility combines modern technologies and engineering, Alapros said.

During commissioning, representatives from Alapros Makina and Francesco Casillo from Casillo Group jointly inspected the facility, conducting detailed assessments.

The evaluations confirmed that the plant met its targets in terms of both performance and quality. The emphasis on customer satisfaction throughout the process further underscored Alapros’ expertise in engineering and design, the company said.

The Monfalcone flour mill, by integrating high efficiency and quality, is an example of modernization in flour milling, Alapros said.

The Casillo Group has 14 mills across Italy and is a world leading food company in the processing and distribution of durum wheat, and one of the major players in the soft wheat market.
