GENEVA, SWITZERLAND — Global Grain Geneva will include new features at the event Nov. 12-14 such as sessions on the pulses market, regional and crop-specific sessions and a dedicated millers’ meeting area.

The event in Geneva, Switzerland, brings together agri-commodity traders, industry leaders and experts.

An advisory board of top industry leaders was created to guide discussions and will play a crucial role in shaping the event agenda, organizers said.

The pulses sessions will examine market trends, trade opportunities and emerging challenges in the industry.

With regional and crop-specific sessions, attendees will be able to dive deeper into topics like global pulses market fundamentals, corn trends for 2024-25, and North European and Baltic grain flows.

ESG topics also will feature prominently, with a key focus on gender equality in the agri trade.

There’s a networking area dedicated to Women in Agri Trade and a panel discussion on Nov 14. Alongside sessions on sustainability and responsible sourcing, this discussion will offer valuable insights into the evolving ESG landscape.

Beyond the sessions, Global Grain Geneva will include a dedicated millers’ meeting area for sharing insights, exploring potential for partnerships and cementing relationships in the milling sector, organizers said.

Other networking zones also have been expanded and a social networking event is planned on Nov. 12 and will feature the tastes of Switzerland.
