CORUM, TURKEY — The International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) Eurasia is offering a milling course program Oct. 28-31 at the Alapala Academy and Innovation Center in Corum, Turkey.

The IAOM Eurasia Applied Course program is coordinated by milling industry and association leaders. The three-day course will feature programs on introduction to the milling process; wheat quality, storage, blending, cleaning and tempering; milling technology and equipment; and laboratory analysis. The closing event includes a certificate ceremony.
