WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA — Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI) released its 2023 Sustainability Report, highlighting its achievements across a range of environmental, social and governance topics.

Key highlights include:
- Details of AGI’s contribution to support global food security and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- Significant improvements in safety performance, with a reduction in lost time incident rate by 27% and in total recordable incident rate by 43% from 2022 levels.
- Results of the first ever employee engagement survey, which obtained an 89% employee engagement score.
- Setting a target to reduce GHG emissions intensity by 25% by 2030, compared to the 2021 baseline.
- Issuing the first report aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
