CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, US — ADM was recognized as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024” by Newsweek for its efforts in fostering an inclusive environment valuing diversity, equity and inclusion in all roles and at all levels of the organization.

Newsweek partnered with data firm Plant-A Insights Group to identify the 1,000 greatest American workplaces for women. The metrics included compensation, diversity and work-life balance.

Plant-A reviewed public data, conducted interviews with human resources professionals and gathered input from working women through confidential online surveys.

In total, more than 142,000 female employees were interviewed to collect over 848,000 comprehensive reviews of large and small companies.
