The Expo floor saw thousands of attendees stream through during the four-day show to see nearly 400 suppliers for the grain handling and storage industry.

Material handling and technology firm 4B has been promoting its Industrial Ethernet Node (IE-NODE), a remote monitoring interface designed to provide sensor data to PLC’s or other automation and control systems.

Brock Grain Systems was showcasing its TrueGrain moisture sensor system that helps ensure grain comes into a bin in good condition and stays that way.

Chief Agri has been focusing its bin designs around aeration to maintain grain quality as customers request ever larger storage capacity.

A major part of FrigorTec’s product range is the GRANIFRIGOR grain cooler, designed specifically for grain preservation. 

Situated in the center of the Expo, Oklahoma State University’s grain entrapment demonstration and interactive discussion, led by Dr. Carol Jones, is always a big draw at GEAPS Exchange.

Sioux Steel Co.’s new 10K paddle sweep for bins up to 132-feet at a capacity of 10,000 bph and its 15K paddle sweep for bins up to 162 feet in diameter and a capacity of 15,000 bph were being showcased.

Sukup’s paddle sweep has become popular because of its safety compared to an auger sweep, as facilities become bigger and faster in response to greater grain yields, according to the company. 

Superior Grain Equipment manufactures grain storage bins, mixed-flow dryers, handling equipment, conditioning systems and accessories.

Tapco has introduced patented CCXD-LP (CC Xtreme Duty Low Profile) buckets with “distinctive breaks” on the bottom for clean discharge and low-profile backs for closer spacing on the belt.

The Essmueller Co. specializes in customized bulk material handling equipment and solutions. 

Vortex specializes in the design and manufacture of components for the transport and flow control of dry bulk solids.

GEAPS Exchange will return Feb. 22-25, 2025, to the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri, US.
