CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA — OPI expanded its customer success team with the hiring of Jada Tyler as a customer success representative.
“Having Jada on the team raises the bar on service and support across the board,” said Adam Weiss, chief executive officer. “I’m excited for our customers and partners to experience the first-class support of OPI products she provides.”
Tyler is an experienced agriculture customer success specialist who is passionate about the industry and helping farmers succeed, the company said. In her role, Tyler provides phone, email and chat support for inquiries through OPI Blue. She also provides system and advanced grain management training to individual users and small- to medium-size groups in person or remotely.

She farms with her husband and two children in rural Saskatchewan.
