Attendees arrive to the Cinema Fulgor in Rimini Italy for the opening of Ocrim’s 2023 edition of "Wheat, Flour, And…"

Poggio Torriana, at the headquarters of Parglierani, Ocrim’s sister company, another company owned by the Antolini family, which designs and produces machines for weighing, packaging, bagging, palletizing, winding and transport of full sacks.

The attendees enjoyed a beautiful evening and dinner at Castello Marcosanti, Poggio Torriana.

Day 2 speakers included moderator Giovanni Palisto; Marco Galli, Director of Ocrim's Technological Departmen; Daniele Marani, deputy production manager at Molino sul Clitunno; Simona Digiuni, Head of Ocrim's Research & Technological Development Department; Elisa Menchetti, quality control manager. Pastificio Fabianelli; and Costanza Jucker, Associate Professor in Agricultural Entomology at the University of Milan.

Sergio Antolini, Chairman, Ocrim, presents the inaugural OP Prize to Giuseppe Pignacca, Daniela Biagetti, Farcas Roberto, and Giacomo Tonelli.

The attendees had the opportunity to visit the medieval town of Santarcangelo di Romagna and the underground caves.
