BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS, US — Agricultural cooperative GROWMARK, Inc. has elected two new members to its 19-member board of directors. Their three-year terms began July 28.

Andrew Durward is a resident of Thomson, Illinois, US, where he operates a grain and livestock farm with his brothers. Durward serves on the Carroll Service Co. board and is a Carroll County Farm Bureau member.

Scott McGeachy of Chatham, Ontario, Canada, operates a vegetables and seed corn farm with his wife and son. McGeachy was also the finance and vice chair at AGRIS Co-operative Ltd. for 15 years. 

Based in Bloomington, Illinois, US, GROWMARK is an agricultural cooperative serving almost 400,000 customers across North America, providing agronomy, energy, facility engineering and construction, and logistics products and services, as well as grain marketing and risk management services. GROWMARK owns the FS trademark, which is used by member cooperatives.
