OMAHA, NEBRASKA, US — Chad Gauger is taking on an expanded leadership role at Scoular Co. Currently vice president and general manager of the company’s High Nutritional Value Proteins business, Gauger now will add responsibilities as head of the company’s North America Feed Co-Products business unit.

Prior to joining Scoular in 2021, Gauger was with Cargill for nearly 19 years in a variety of roles, including chief transformation officer for the agriculture supply chain in North America, managing director for Asia South (aquaculture feed), managing director for US aquaculture feed, global risk management director for animal nutrition and risk manager for commodity trading.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business and economics at Wheaton College and master’s degrees in finance and general management at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
