increased over 40% in the last 90 days.
Total Exchange volume for Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) and Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) came in at 87,759 contracts traded. Of that, futures contracts traded totaled 86,741 while options contracts traded totaled 1,018.
