FRISCO, TEXAS, US — Dairy.com, ever.ag and EFC Systems announced Feb. 22 a merger to create EverAg, combining their decades of experience in supply chain, agronomy and risk management solutions for dairy, livestock, crops and agribusiness.

Clients use EverAg’s technology and services throughout the supply chain, helping farmers reduce risk using modern financial instruments, providing manufacturing plants with the visibility they need to reduce waste, enabling retailers to be stronger advisers to growers and supporting sustainability initiatives.

EverAg has 450 employees in seven global locations supporting 600 companies at 3,000 locations, serving more than 200,000 farms daily.
