LONGMONT, COLORADO, US — Elizabeth Horton has joined S&W Seed Co. as chief financial officer.

Horton most recently was CFO at Miller Milling Co. for the past three years. Earlier, she spent more than 20 years at Cargill in a variety of roles, including director of financial planning and analysis for Cargill Animal Nutrition.

Horton has been a member of the board of directors of Rahr Corp. since December 2020.

She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Minnesota Duluth and a master’s degree in finance at the University of Minnesota — Carlson School of Management.
