MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, US — Registration is now open for GEAPS Exchange 2022, which is planned March 26-29 at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri, US.

Registration is discounted to $300 for GEAPS members and $550 for non-members before July 16.

The conference includes an Expo Hall, education on the latest trends and best practices and social events.

“One of my favorite things about the conference is the opportunity to see our peers and network in person,” said GEAPS International President Barb Grove, CGOM, Central Valley Ag. “I am excited to see all the new products in the industry, catch up on best practices and make new connections to help my company.”

The Expo Hall features hundreds of exhibitors, many of whom bring products to the show. GEAPS members have free access to the Expo Hall and lunch is provided for all attendees and exhibitors.

Sessions are planned inside the Expo Hall, including a grain entrapment rescue demonstration and small group presentations on innovation and technology.

The Idea Exchange at 10 a.m. on March 27 will showcase new products that facility managers have recently implemented.

Education opportunities during the event include workshops, interactive sessions in the hall and hour-long sessions, which are scheduled on Monday and Tuesday.

Several social events also are planned, including:

• Get-Acquainted Party, 7 p.m., Saturday, March 26 in the Convention Center, Hall B

• Welcome Reception, 4:30 p.m., Sunday March 27 in the Expo Hall

• Closing Reception, 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 29 in the 3500 Lobby

GEAPS has negotiated discounted room rates at hotel properties near the convention center. GEAPS’ housing management company, eShow, will handle all hotel reservations and inquiries.

Reservations can be made while registering for the event.

The room block cut-off date is March 4. After this date, room availability will be based on hotel availability and may not be available at the discounted rate. The room block cancellation deadline is Feb. 18.
