OMAHA, NEBRASKA, US — Chad Gauger has joined Scoular as general manager of the company’s High Nutritional Value Protein business unit. In his new role, Gauger leads a team working as a trusted partner to producers and end use customers for marine meals, fats and oils, vegetable protein concentrates and animal byproduct proteins.
Prior to joining Scoular, Gauger was with Cargill for nearly 19 years, most recently as chief transformation officer, agriculture supply chain — North America. During his tenure at Cargill, he also worked as a managing director for Asia South, deputy managing director for Indonesia, managing director for US aquaculture feed, global risk management director for animal nutrition, strategy and business development analyst, and a risk manager in commodity trading.
He received a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Wheaton College as well as master’s degrees in general management and finance from Indiana University — Kelley School of Business.
