KVANUM, SWEDEN — Tornum AB has acquired JPT-Industria OY, which offers products for feed handling, fertilizer production, grain handling and eco-efficient energy solutions.

The acquisition expands the offering for both companies and strengthens the market position in the Nordic region.

Although JPT becomes an independent subsidiary within the Tornum Group, expertise and knowledge will be shared across the companies within the group.

Tornum adds new products to JPT’s offering, which enable the company to serve existing and new customers with an even wider range of products.
