ISTANBUL, TURKEY — The International Association of Operative Millers’ Eurasia regional forum has been postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The forum originally was planned for September 2020 and had been moved to March 10-13. The first regional event was to be in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Eurasia Region includes 32 countries with a total population exceeding 2 billion. The region includes some of the largest world grain producers and flour exporters.
New dates will be announced as soon as pandemic conditions permit, the IAOM said.
