KIEV, UKRAINE — Ukraine is expected to export 900,000 tonnes of wheat in January, Reuters reported citing Ukraine’s economy ministry forecast.
The country is forecast to export another 1 million tonnes March through May. Ukraine has exported 12.2 million tonnes of wheat thus far in the 2020-21 July-June season, Reuters reported.
Ukraine has sold about 70% of the season’s wheat export quota of 17.5 million tonnes.
