BAAR, SWITZERLAND — Glencore Agriculture Ltd. acquired a port terminal in Mykolai, Ukraine, from the Orexim group of companies.

The Everi port terminal is a vegetable oil export terminal that offers storage and loading services. The Everi terminal facility was built in 2010 and last expanded in 2018. It has a static storage capacity of 160,000 tonnes. It has the capacity to load up to 1.5 million tonnes of vegetable oil per year for export destinations.
