ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, US —Heather Malenshek will join Land O’ Lakes as chief marketing officer (CMO) on Sept. 8.
In this role, Malenshek will oversee B2C and B2B branding and marketing strategy and is responsible for building marketing competencies across all businesses and geographies. She also will have oversight for FLM Harvest, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes, Inc.

She previously worked at her own consultancy and at Harley-Davidson Motor Co. where Malenshek was CMO. She has worked with a wide range of brands and broad categories, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, motorcycles, automotive, food and beverage and pet care. She was recently recognized by Forbes as one of the world’s most influential CMOs in 2018 and 2019.
